Sole architect on a transportation booking platform shipping to 50+ countries. Built it as a 35-module Laravel monolith — close enough to talk freely, far enough not to step on each other.

• Architected a 35-module modular monolith in Laravel, scoping each module by domain boundary.
• Built a geospatial pricing engine over 22k zones with per-zone overrides.
• Wired an event-driven pipeline on Redis Streams handling 50k+ events/hr.
• Owned the system end-to-end: architecture diagrams, code, deploy, on-call.

Two enterprise clients, two very different beasts: a multilateral bank's procurement system across 57 countries, and a global handball federation's platform serving 209 national bodies. Same job description, two completely different stories.

• Decomposed a 5.8k-line controller into 18 single-responsibility controllers on the IHF platform.
• Replaced full-table-scan listings with paginated COUNT queries and server-side autocomplete.
• Architected the IsDB Corporate Procurement microsite from scratch — 50+ tender workflows across 57 countries.
• Integrated AWS CloudSearch and Campaign Monitor on the IsDB stack.

Two and a half years inside Spryker's 900-module composable commerce platform and Actindo's digital commerce OS — where DDD stops being a diagram and becomes muscle memory.

• Shipped feature modules across Spryker's 900+ module surface, holding the DDD line on bounded contexts.
• Hardened auth and payment flows on Spryker — security review, threat modelling, fix-and-verify.
• Built Actindo integrations with Salesforce and Adyen, plus an Elasticsearch archiving layer for cold orders.
• Replaced a synchronous API layer with a queued RabbitMQ pipeline on the Actindo side.

Six months turning operations meetings into shipped dashboards. Replaced the company's "ask the engineer" reporting loop with a Pipeline-pattern filter system anyone could extend in 30 minutes.

• Built a Blade + Metronic admin dashboard end-to-end against an Oracle backend.
• Replaced ad-hoc filtering on index pages with a Pipeline-pattern filter system extensible per-list.
• Translated weekly ops meetings directly into shipped reporting features.

Year and a half building Laravel from the ground up the right way — TDD on day one, Passport for auth, Nova for ops, three payment methods through CowPay. Boring choices, well executed.

• Built a reservation system on Laravel with TDD from the first commit.
• Wired Passport for OAuth, Nova for the operations dashboard.
• Integrated CowPay across Credit Card, Fawry, and CashOut payment rails.
• Bridged the app with ERPNext via REST for two-way data sync.

Six months of WordPress themes and a Facebook chatbot. The internet's most honest first job.

• Converted Photoshop mockups into WordPress themes — HTML, CSS, JS, AJAX, JSON.
• Built a Facebook Messenger chatbot backed by custom REST endpoints inside a WordPress theme.
• Integrated third-party services into theme code via ACF-driven config.
